González Convention Center, La Villita Historic Village, and the iconic Alamo. Current Status and Future Prospects

After acquiring the properties in 2021, Newstream Capital Partners is now seeking buyers. Their vision includes a luxury 24-story building featuring apartments, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, a restaurant, and retail spaces. This vision aligns with previous plans that aimed to enhance the downtown living experience and boost local commerce.
